Our softwares are unusual in that it they are highly configurable; it may be used for really simple to quite complicated use cases. It will be your responsibility to go deeply into each marketing channel and utilize a combination of data, design, customer development, and a scientific mentality to optimize conversion on our website and from free to paid customers. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the company (sales, marketing, product, engineering, design, and customer experience) to execute growth experiments and initiatives that will move the needle.
You’re most enthused about examining data and posing difficult questions in order to discover new approaches to provide performance results. The Growth Marketing Manager job is focused on generating considerable revenue by leveraging effective platforms and growth analytics tools to enable scalable movement from top-of-funnel acquisition and execution to long-term paying clients. Additionally, you’ll be accountable for developing scalable initiatives that help us get momentum with our target consumers and fulfill our growth KPIs.
You thrive on A/B testing, site optimization, paid advertising and search, and conversion rates, but most importantly, you are passionate about personalizing and optimizing the customer experience.
