Feels Good is a product-led growth business that spent no money on marketing until 2020 and grew entirely organically and virally as customers found, grew to love, and spread our software.

Our softwares are unusual in that it they are highly configurable; it may be used for really simple to quite complicated use cases. It will be your responsibility to go deeply into each marketing channel and utilize a combination of data, design, customer development, and a scientific mentality to optimize conversion on our website and from free to paid customers. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the company (sales, marketing, product, engineering, design, and customer experience) to execute growth experiments and initiatives that will move the needle.

You’re most enthused about examining data and posing difficult questions in order to discover new approaches to provide performance results. The Growth Marketing Manager job is focused on generating considerable revenue by leveraging effective platforms and growth analytics tools to enable scalable movement from top-of-funnel acquisition and execution to long-term paying clients. Additionally, you’ll be accountable for developing scalable initiatives that help us get momentum with our target consumers and fulfill our growth KPIs.

You thrive on A/B testing, site optimization, paid advertising and search, and conversion rates, but most importantly, you are passionate about personalizing and optimizing the customer experience.

  • Conduct A/B split tests across all channels, designing, implementing, and analyzing (offers, creative variations, and all levels of CRO).
  • Create a backlog of test hypotheses in order to prioritize and schedule tests.
  • Leverage data analysis, customer input, design, and user experience/user interface concepts to accelerate growth, enhance retention, and broaden our influence.
  • Develop, execute, and report on growth initiatives that will help the firm achieve its revenue, subscriber, and retention growth objectives.
  • Assist the creative team in ensuring that all performance marketing creative assets are produced successfully and that learnings are gathered to enhance them.
  • Key resource in establishing an internal core expertise in segmenting, targeting, acquiring, retargeting, and optimizing customer acquisition across all marketing channels and sources.
  • Acquire and retain consumers by focusing on each stage of the funnel via strategic and tactical channel experimentation, as well as non-linear purchasing experiences.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a growth-oriented marketing team responsible for increasing subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital advertising platforms (including Facebook and Google), as well as with offline or out-of-home performance advertising channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV).
  • Thorough familiarity with attribution models, split tests, and conversion statistics.
  • Collaboration and coordination with copywriters, designers, and content producers to ensure continuous performance optimization.
  • Strong data analytics experience is required in order to fully understand the impact of acquisition efforts, ROI, and ad spend across the funnel.
