  • Create excellent and intuitive message that is specifically targeted at teaching each distinct client category.
  • Establish a consistent brand voice across landing pages, search and social media efforts, and content platforms.
  • Conduct user research and analysis of adoption/usage in order to develop buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • Convert technical changes and feature releases into obvious consumer benefits.
  • Increase awareness, consideration, and acceptance throughout the customer lifecycle, from marketing to sales through customer success.
  • Own and maintain sales and marketing assets, such as case studies, blog posts, and lecture tracks.
  • At least three years of product marketing experience in a SaaS company (or equivalent experience).
  • Produces excellent copy (including go-to-market materials and customer case studies).
  • Is capable of converting complicated features and functionalities into plain-spoken messages.
  • Strives for excellence and thrives in an atmosphere that places a premium on market and customer input.
  • A thorough grasp of SEO strategies and a data-driven approach to behavior analysis.
