Do you enjoy producing great content that educates customers while also telling a captivating story? This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for someone with a passion for technology (bonus points if you have a particular affinity for SaaS) and copywriting to join a hypergrowth business.

We’re searching for a self-starter who is a team player and passionate about technology and narrative. The ideal applicant will have expertise writing text, developing content, managing email campaigns, and/or assisting with sales enablement. This is the position for you if you are capable of adapting the style, tone, and voice of diverse forms of material, are very organized and detail-oriented, can manage many projects concurrently (we are a startup environment; this is not a joke! ), and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

You will be responsible for creating material for product adoption and co-marketing initiatives, which may include, but is not limited to, blogs, case studies, customer success stories, website content, webinar copy, release notes, and emails. Additionally, you will interface with all departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Content, Creative, and Customer Success.

  • Create compelling, engaging content for a variety of verticals, including advertisements, landing sites, webinars, email, and in-app!
  • Assist in the development of a framework for new feature placement.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives that include webinars, blog series, and user stories.
  • Conduct your own product reviews and contribute to the site's content/promotions.
  • Assist with feature releases by enabling communication across all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Content, Paid, Product, and Customer Service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Material and SEO to create content that is both search engine optimized and consistent with the content brand voice.
  • Conduct extensive research on our industry, product, and consumers in order to create useful content.
  • Collect critical business and user insights and develop a long-term strategy for the brand's content requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product to ensure the successful launch and uptake of new features.
  • Conduct a content audit of our current products to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and report on content performance on a weekly basis, making recommendations for improvement.
  • A bachelor's or a master's degree, or comparable work experience.
  • At least two years of authoring experience in a B2B software or SaaS firm.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive content for consumer-facing marketing (email, blogs, website, etc).
  • Extensive experience evaluating and interpreting data.
  • Proficient at writing technical stuff.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and highly collaborative workplace; and to assist with other marketing, customer support, and business tasks as needed.
  • A working knowledge of advertising, search engine optimization, and CRM/CSM is a plus.
