Job Overview

This position is a once-in-a-generation chance to have a massive influence and drive Feels Good’s exponential expansion into the next chapter. You’ll collaborate with me daily to improve our product in order to accomplish our only objective of increasing global productivity.

As a product team, our primary focus has been on product improvement and feature additions. As a result, we’ve fallen behind on improving onboarding experiences, templates, and maximizing growth potential via testing.

This job is intended to fill that vacuum by supervising and unlocking the product’s next phase of growth. We now acquire new clients on a daily basis, and if we can increase onboarding and retention by only 20%, we will have made a significant progress toward our objective.

You’ll never find another product team quite like ours – we literally release a new version of Feels Good every week.

  • Through testing and research, optimize onboarding.
  • Boost retention and activation through the use of assistant guides and tours.
  • Oversee the development of templates and the introduction of our community template center.
  • Evaluate current potential for onboarding funnel improvement and undertake large-scale hypothesis-driven feature creation using qualitative and quantitative research, as well as A/B, multivariate tests.
  • Develop and deepen user insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics in order to determine what works and what does not in order to offer growth-driven product innovation and iteration.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations to determine the success of new goods in meeting key performance indicators.
  • Ascertain the truth about product issues, strategies, and our strategy for growth projects.
  • Every day, collaborate with the CEO.
  • Collaborate directly with a one-of-a-kind creative team to bring your concepts to reality.
  • Conduct consumer surveys to identify product enhancements and feature development.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and integrations to add to the analytics and growth technology stack.
  • A minimum of four years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, including at least two years of team management.
    Previously, I led a team of engineers and designers; I was responsible for developing a roadmap, managing sprints, and motivating the team to achieve quantifiable goals.
  • Insight into user acquisition and retention in a consumer-grade SaaS environment that is unmatched.
  • Capacity to learn quickly from mistakes; entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership of his or her work.
  • Extensive experience using metrics to inform decision-making. Google Analytics, A/B testing, SQL, and additional business intelligence tools.
  • Obsessive communication with stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
  • Demonstrate superior oral, written, and visual presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral and game mechanics as applied to user research and experience.
  • Confidence in a dynamic, rapidly expanding flat culture and environment.
  • Capable of structuring and resolving complex problems with little supervision.
