Job Overview

We are now seeking a full-time Post Production Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team. Feels Good  is the nation’s largest and fastest growing sofware Development firm. The momentum has resulted in the establishment of our own video production studio to aid in the brand’s growth! We’re now constructing a full studio with in-house production and post-production technology to produce all of our commercials, marketing, and tutorial videos. We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge software who is eager to push the boundaries of content and contribute to the development of a distinct tone while pushing for greater quality in our final movies.

This applicant will own and manage a process that generates a significant volume of videos and commercial ad videos for digital and television distribution. This individual is a leader who is organized, adaptable, and possesses a strong sense of procedure. They have production management expertise, understanding of video editing, and an uncanny ability to QC work. They will supervise a growing staff of editors and maintain an audit trail of production. You are capable of managing a variety of various tasks and priorities. They can simply traverse an existing process or contribute to the development of a new one.

  • Consult with and employ post-production and editorial crews.
  • Obtain competitive quotes from post-production providers.
  • Collaborate with the data management and DIT.
  • Develop a post-production timeline that is aligned with the shooting schedule and the goal launch/release date.


  • Assist the on-set DIT or Data Manager with properly backing up, securing, and transcoding ingested footage/data.
  • Compile manifest reports for cameras, sound, and data.
  • Maintain up-to-date post-production schedules based on the most recent filming schedule.
  • Update the producer and studio monthly on any schedule adjustments or significant post-budgetary concerns.


  • Serve as a project manager during post-production, communicating deadlines for approvals and the creative notes process between the director, producers, post-production suppliers, and studio in order to maintain a timely delivery schedule.
  • Monitor and supervise the cutting process to guarantee that the post is completed on time to meet the delivery deadline.
  • Arrange for ADR sessions with actors, sound engineers, and the director.
  • Collaborate with the music supervisor and/or legal team to verify that all music licenses are cleared properly prior to the final mix.
  • Arrange and attend sessions of music spotting.
  • Arrange and participate in visual effects spotting sessions.
  • Schedule and approve color sessions to ensure that all authorized visual effects are cut in and the cut fits the edit.
  • Assemble the final sound mix, ensuring that all authorized sound effects, ADR, and music are included.
  • Perform quality control on studio deliverables to ensure artistic purpose is met.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to supervise any technical adjustments to image or sound elements and to organize their redelivery.


  • Ensure the proper inventory, tracking, and delivery of any archive material.
  • Ensure that the video is closed off and that wrap notes are prepared.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in a post-production capacity and two years' experience supervising many editors concurrently.
  • When time permits, the ability to edit in Adobe Premiere.
  • Proficiency with digital media formats is required.
  • Capability of managing numerous high-speed projects concurrently.
  • Experience with all elements of the post-production process, including but not limited to story editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, delivery, and archiving and cataloging.
  • Technical expertise in post-production workflows, including knowledge of technology, software, and automation tools.
