Feels Good is seeking an enthusiastic, highly driven Marketing Operations Manager to manage marketing-related measurement and analytics, as well as implement an email marketing strategy and deal with infrastructure and data management. Additionally, you will support our Leadership team in coordinating the yearly marketing planning process and developing and mentoring our Marketing Operations team members.

This job collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure that our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Chili Piper, and Zapier) integrates seamlessly and drives organizational efficiency.

  • Create, document, and disseminate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical campaign processes, including campaign channel structure, program design, and program metrics. Ascertain that our internal processes adhere to industry standards.
  • Assume main responsibility for our multi-touch attribution platform (Attribution). Keeps our attribution model and data hygiene up to date.
  • Assist in the development of Feels Good's overall email deliverability strategy. This includes (but is not limited to) the following: developing an email preference center, advising on legal/compliance needs (including GDPR and CCPA), and ensuring our email marketing strategies adhere to industry best practices.
  • Identify ways to expand the marketing database while maintaining data quality and control.
  • Measurement and analytics connected to marketing, email marketing strategy, infrastructure and data management are just a few of the specific tasks. This job collaborates with several areas throughout the business, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to achieve organizational efficiency.
  • Manage email marketing strategy, including goal setting, real-time nurturing, and database segmentation.
  • Manage the Marketing Automation system, which includes asset creation, integrations, tracking, and reporting.
  • Execute database strategy to support territory expansion; manage procedures for database growth, contact and account enrichment, data cleanliness, data governance and quality, data security, and compliance with applicable requirements such as GDPR.
  • Optimize marketing technology stack to aid the marketing team in executing various initiatives more efficiently.
  • Two to three years of experience in marketing operations. Experience with B2B SaaS is greatly preferred.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation (Drip is desired) and customer relationship management (CRM) (
  • Practical expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce) and combining those systems with other technologies.
  • Serve as the principal owner of Attribution and be accountable for optimizing its functionality. This includes, but is not limited to, optimizing third-party ad platform connections, developing key reports and ROI settings, and managing the integrity of Attribution data (eg. touchpoints).
  • Oversees cross-functional, enterprise-wide marketing efforts, collaborating as needed with relevant business partners and a variety of stakeholders.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the team and for strategically increasing the marketing team's efficiency.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate and use campaign performance data in order to uncover new possibilities and enhance existing efforts.
