  • Collaborate with the development team to establish, update, and manage event tracking on all website and mobile application properties.
  • Monitor and evaluate paid and organic media campaigns across all channels, website traffic trends, and online consumer behavior.
  • Assist in the development of segments, audience sets, and profiles in accordance with company objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and gather the data and insights necessary to enable specific use cases such as remarketing, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and anti-churn, among others, by utilizing metrics such as customer lifetime value, digital behavior, CAC payback, brand affinity, and other BI (business intelligence) indicators.
  • Responsible for developing and updating reports and/or reporting dashboards that are readily consumable by all business units and stakeholders. These reports and/or dashboards should cover all important metrics and goal monitoring, including CAC and CAC payback.
  • Assist and assist in identifying, planning, and executing use cases, as well as collaborating closely with the paid marketing and analytics teams to offer reporting and campaign insights.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, mathematics, data science, business administration, or a related subject is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Superior oral and writing communication abilities, particularly the ability to communicate difficult topics to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Must possess outstanding Excel and PowerPoint abilities, including an understanding of formulae and the ability to calculate and manipulate data fluently inside Excel.
  • A working knowledge of SQL, ranging from elementary to intermediate.
  • Familiarity with Quicksight and/or other business intelligence/attribution reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Thorough understanding of the ideas and technologies underlying digital marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of web analytics and tag management platforms (Google Analytics, Google Data studio, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage all facets of purchasing, including tracking and media optimization.
  • 2 - 5 years of specialized experience in SEO/PPC needed
