Job Overview

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to develop and lead the events strategy for a fast-growing business. Feels Good is a product-led growth business that has spent no money on marketing to date and has grown entirely organically and virally as customers found, grew to love, and spread our software.

Our solution is unusual in that it is highly configurable; it may be used for really simple to quite complicated use cases. It will be your responsibility to organize quarterly and annual events that rally and focus workers, assist Sales in maturing and closing transactions, and help develop the Feels Good brand. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Public Relations/Accounts Receivable manager to plan and execute all events.

  • Oversee the budget for events and any connected vendors.
  • Oversee all elements of Feels Good's user conference, from inception to a recurrent, well-attended yearly event.
  • Negotiate, implement, and integrate event sponsorships and partnerships into Feels Good's comprehensive public relations and marketing plan.
  • Maintain brand consistency, including the Look and Feel of Feels Good, across all events.
  • Establish a feedback loop to enable you to learn from each incident and better the next.
  • Establish expectations and ensure that events are communicated to workers and executives in a consistent and unambiguous manner.
  • Over two years of experience coordinating events for startups, including budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Exposure to both physical and virtual events.
  • Extremely organized and diligent with records.
  • Collaborative and deliberate decision-making.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Collaborative player.
