This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to manage a hyper-growth startup’s analyst relations activities and influence strategy. Feels Good is a product-led growth business that spent no money on marketing until 2020 and grew entirely organically and virally as customers found, grew to love, and spread our software.

Our solution is unusual in that it is very configurable; it can be used across all sectors and for a variety of use cases, from the most straightforward to the most complicated. Your role will be to condense our product and brand messaging and to assist us in connecting with analysts globally via targeted engagements and personal connections. As a member of the wider Marketing team, you will interact with everyone from PR to Product to build an analyst strategy that emphasizes FeelsGood’s platform and market uniqueness and aids in our company’s growth.

You will be responsible for proactive relationship management with key industry analysts and influencers, as well as for increasing awareness and coverage of Feels Good’s vision, strategy, distinctiveness, and market momentum. You will have a direct influence on Feels Good’s performance while also defining your own role and progress in this job by bringing in new methods and developing AR procedures and communications as needed.

You will bring strong contacts with top industry analyst firms, as well as a demonstrated track record of managing analyst relationships, strategic planning, and execution of briefings, analyst tours, and strategy days. Additionally, you will have expertise developing analyst coverage and providing favorable product reviews, especially in a technology or SaaS setting. Finally, you’ll have gained expertise interacting with senior executives, managing budgets, and cooperating within larger companies.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive worldwide analyst relations program.
  • Establish and maintain positive connections with important analysts, influencers, and internal constituents.
  • Oversee routine analyst interactions, which include strategy days, briefings, queries, meetings, and events.
  • Provide strategic direction to the product strategy and marketing teams based on insights gleaned through analyst research and customer feedback/input.
  • Oversee the production of analyst engagement presentations and briefing papers.
  • Assist in developing sales strategy in accordance with analyst recommendations and viewpoints.
  • Oversee all elements of the preparation and execution of Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC reports.
  • MarketScape or comparable studies from smaller alternative research organizations.
  • Analyze analysts' published research and social media postings, summarize, and make engagement and next actions recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and management teams to provide relevant insight, extract product messaging, and develop tactics for gaining analyst mind share and positioning.
  • At least two years of experience in analyst relations, communications, or product marketing in the technology business, particularly in project management software/SaaS.
  • Capability to "think across borders" - collaborate with Development, Public Relations, and Product Marketing, distilling and communicating messages from those teams to our own.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Capability to develop and communicate a straightforward customer- or benefit-driven value proposition.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle many deadline-driven tasks concurrently.
  • Direct experience interacting with executives, product management, public relations, and product marketing.
  • A firm grasp of technology and the ability to extract business/solution value.
  • Capable of developing KPIs, creating executive summaries, and communicating business and technological insights.
  • Proven ability to build real, trusting connections with analysts, clients, and coworkers.
  • High energy and the ability to manage many deliverables at a rapid pace while producing outcomes that result in good positioning and ratings with analysts and influencers.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and highly collaborative workplace; and to assist with other marketing, customer support, and business tasks as needed.
